Arkansas State Police has issue an Amber Alert for a six-year boy who is believed to have been taken this morning in Pulaski County by a probationer who is believed to be armed. The child is Julian Boyd who is a black male with light skin and brown eyes. The suspect is Napolean Haire, 33, who is on probation for aggravated assault and tampering with physical evidence. Haire also did prison time on several charges, including battery and theft of property. That’s Haire in the lower left picture and Julian on the right.
